Pakistan has been taken for a big and bumpy ride by the U.S. Out of our legitimate expenditures of around 13 billion US dollars on this senseless so called 'war on terror', Pakistan has been reimbursed only 8.6 billion US dollars out of the Coalition Support fund payments. Our over all economic and material losses have been from 80 to 100 billion US dollars.

NATO supplies went on for almost free in last ten years, thanks to a corrupt and compromised Pakistani leadership. Time to call a spade a spade. NATO supplies should not restored unless the U.S. submits to our terms/conditions. No more free lunches for Uncle Sam. The U.S. must submit an unconditional apology at the highest level for NATO's Salalah Massacre of Pakistani troops on Nov 26 and punish the planners and executors of that attack. Pakistan is even prepared to withdraw the airspace facility to US aircraft flying to Afghanistan. Blackwater/US personnel have already been evicted from Shamsi airbase, from where drone attacks were launched on Pakistani tribals

It is reported in the press that the National Security Committee has recommended charging 1000 dollars per container from the US. If true this would be too meager a charge. I feel we should demand 10000 dollars per container and also compensation for damage to our infrastructure specially roads. If they agree to pay compensation, we may reduce the proposed charges to somewhere between 5000 to 7000 dollars depending on the amount of compensation agreed to by the US. If they refuse to pay compensation, we should stick to 10000 dollars per container.

The NDN is charging the US and NATO 12000 dollars per container and that too they are not permitting any weapons or ammunition etc. Pakistan should charge 10,000 dollars per container and with no deal to be partners in so called war on terror.

The money that we generate from this should be sufficient to revamp our economy.
